Welcome to my website! As you look around you will hopefully get a sense of who I am, how I work and my approach to wellbeing, health and healing.

Fundamentally all of us are embedded in relationships. Relationship to oneself, to family, partners, children, lovers, friends, pets, colleagues, groups, organisations, community, society and humanity. We are, as humans, also intrinsically embedded in ecosystems and in relationship to the natural environment in all its complexity, we are nature.

As with nature, our relationships are operate by the same laws and

Our wellbeing is intimately connected to our relationships, and the source of many of life's greatest experiences and fulfilments.

Self confidence, trust, love and patience are just some of the many virtues available to us with a healthy relationship to our self. In our closest relationships we able to experience the heights of intimacy, care and belonging, and the depths of loving commitment, dedication and nurturing with our children. Our energy, values and passions can significantly influence our community and contribute to a better world, and living with a commitment to care for the earth can bring great appreciation and peace. How we choose to live will in some way, great or small, influence our relationships near and far.

Relationships also often bring much pain, hurt, grief, isolation, betrayal, shame, loneliness and trauma, just to name a few. The many difficulties one can experience like depression, anxiety, addictions, interpersonal conflict, behavioural/ emotional problems and mental health concerns often originate, and/ or are intensified and maintained by difficulties in our closest relationships.

For over 15 years I have been assisting people and

Who I am is fundamentally connected to my relationships as I've grown and now my relationship to myself. Then maybe parts of me that I like that maybe parts of me that I dislike parts of me that I tried overemphasise parts of me that I try to hide most of this hiding in promotion is from others how life. How we are seeing my others and by ourselves as a great influence on our own sense of well-being mental health emotional health. We often have different masks we wear in different contexts.
....And then the day came when the risk to remain in a tight bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom
